Please arrange to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class. Anyone arriving 10 minutes late for class will be marked as Absent and charged for the class.

Absolutely no recording is allowed within the studio. Please switch your phone off or to silent and leave in the reception area with your shoes & bags.
We operate on a strict 24-hour cancellation policy on all group classes. Cancellations made after this time will be fully charged. The reason behind this is that we cannot fill your spot in less than 24 hrs.
Our Unlimited Membership option has a separate late cancellation/no show policy, please see below.
We understand, sometimes things happen and you might have to cancel. Cancellations can be made on our online booking system or in App "Balance Ireland". Sorry, but we can not implement the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
We will continue to be on hand to assist with true emergency cancellations or bookings made in error. If you wish to move from one class to another on the same day please call us and if we can facilitate this then we will. However, duplicate bookings made by Clients will be viewed by our software as a Late Cancellation.

Health & Safety
At Balance all clients must be over 16 years of age & in good health to attend Reformer Pilates classes.
Unfortunately we do not take pregnant clients at this time in our regular classes. Only Gentle Flow classes are suitable for pregnancy.
Please note, you must agree and sign our health & safety waiver form when you create an account. It is the Clients responsibility to disclose fully to Balance any health conditions/injuries and if your health/injury changes during the course of your time at Balance you must inform us so we can update our records. You may be required to obtain permission from your Medical Practitioner or Physiotherapist prior to starting classes with Balance.

If you have middle-ear issues, you might experience disorentation on a Reformer. We suggest you purchase a single class to ensure you are able to continue classes.
Class Pack Agreement
We are generous with our expiry dates as we understand things can happen. We have 6/12 month expiry but if you need longer we can accommodate this. Partially used packs are non-refundable.
Introductory offers are only available to new Clients & may only be used once per Client - violations may mean the loss of classes & cancellation of your account.
Packs cannot be transferred to another client. Class Packs cannot split or be shared. Clients can purchase a class for another client by adding them as a family member.
Balance reserves the right to change the teacher where cover is required. Packages are not sold with a guarantee of a specific teacher taking certain classes. We reserve the right to cancel classes if numbers are low.
Monthly Membership Agreement
The membership can be cancelled by you at anytime. To cancel email us at support@balance.ie

No classes from the monthly membership pack can be carried over to the following month. Any unused classes at the end of the month will be lost.
Unlimited Monthly Agreement
Please note that due to the detrimental effect of the high volume of late cancellations and no shows in our Unlimited Membership option occurring with less than 24 hours notice, we have had to adopt a stricter policy for our Unlimited Members. 1 late cancellation or no show is allowed per membership month before charges are applied.
All further late cancelations and/or no shows will be charged a fee of €7.50. Unfortunately this can not be determined on a case by case basis.
