The best way to contact us is via email. We try to get back within 24 hours on business days.
When contacting us, please try to give as much information about the request as possible, eg. Studio location, Clients full name, Website or App and any screenshots to help us investigate further.
Log into your account on either the website or the app. Find the class you are not able to attend and click "Cancel".
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, so if you have cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of the class you will not be charged.
Our Balance app is very easy to use.

To avoid disrupting the class, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be marked as Absent, and the class will be charged to your account.
We cannot refund or reschedule classes if you arrive late.
You may return to regular Reformer Pilates classes 8 weeks post-partum if you had a vaginal birth.
We recommend starting with Classic classes.
If you had a caesarean section, please wait 12 weeks post-partum before attending any classes, including Gentle Flow.
Your safety is our priority, so please ensure you have clearance from your healthcare provider before returning.
Our regular Reformer Pilates classes are not designed for pregnancy. However, we are adding Gentle Flow classes, which are suitable throughout your entire pregnancy.
Please check your studio’s schedule for availability.
If you have class credits on your account, we can extend them so they’ll be ready for you when you return after your little one arrives.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and a small hand towel.
Grippy socks are also a great addition for comfort and safety. If you don’t have any, we sell the popular Ailinithe brand in our studios - €15 for one pair or €35 for three pairs.
MindBody is the number 1 rated Studio Management software available.
You will be asked to create an account with MindBody. We assure you, this is highly secure and any transactions made either through our website or the Balance App are secure.
It is very sophisticated software that allows us to investigate any issues. However, the software does have its limitations and sometimes upgrades may cause issues which we need to investigate through their help desk.
Congratulations on receiving a Gift Voucher!
It is possible to add Voucher through our Balance App, but it can be complicated.
Our Support Team are happy to apply the Gift Voucher to your account on your behalf.
Please email support@balancestudios.ie with your Account Name, the Voucher Number and amount of classes.
If you have a physical voucher, please send a photograph to the email address above along with the relevant information.
We offer a number of Gift Vouchers which can be found on our website www.balancestudios.ie/gift_voucher
These may be purchased anonymously or by creating an account. Please ensure you input the recipients email address so they may receive a copy of the emailed voucher.
