Meet Kelly, the driving force behind a thriving community at her studios, where exceptional care is the cornerstone of every interaction. With a deep commitment to her clients, Kelly has honed her skills through extensive training with the NTC and Balanced Body, but it’s her years of hands-on experience in private Pilates sessions that truly set her apart.
Navigating through the complexities of various client needs, Kelly has cultivated a sense of trust and confidence, fostering an ever-growing circle of satisfied clients. Her passion for helping others shines through in every session, as she tirelessly works to ensure her clients feel their best.

Our Signature studio opened in 2021. It features 9 state-of-the-art reformers and a calming atmosphere, perfect for your Pilates practice.
This bright, spacious boutique studio is designed with luxury and relaxation in mind, offering personalised Pilates programs tailored to each individual.
Amenities include a personal belongings station, air conditioning, a changing room, a toilet, and ample free parking. Situated next to Aldi.
Kildare Town
This gorgeous location hosts 2 studios. With 10 reformers, we're committed to giving you the best instructors and a fitness regime to match. Our exciting Reformer HIIT Classes are in the downstairs studio giving a refreshing new take on Reformer & interval training.
We're down the Tesco end of Main Street with parking available nearby.
Studio 2
Our Kildare studio is unique in that besides Reformer Pilates in the main studio, Studio 2 downstairs hosts yoga, and mat for our clients & our incredible new reformer circuit classes.
Blessington
A beautiful light filled loft style Studio. We are situated above St Vincent de Pauls with plentiful parking in Aldi across the road.

Monthly Memberships offer a discounted rate for a set number of classes. Can be used at any studio at any time. These cannot be rolled over to the next month. Unlimited Membership allows clients to book months in advance.

Class Packs are individual classes and can be used at any time, in any of our Studios. These have a 6 month expiry, but can be extended if needed.
