Meet Kelly, the driving force behind a thriving community at her studios, where exceptional care is the cornerstone of every interaction. With a deep commitment to her clients, Kelly has honed her skills through extensive training with the NTC and Balanced Body, but it’s her years of hands-on experience in private Pilates sessions that truly set her apart.
Navigating through the complexities of various client needs, Kelly has cultivated a sense of trust and confidence, fostering an ever-growing circle of satisfied clients. Her passion for helping others shines through in every session, as she tirelessly works to ensure her clients feel their best.
With her warm and approachable demeanour, Kelly has cultivated a welcoming atmosphere, where laughter and camaraderie abound. Opened in 2021, our Signature studio features 9 Reformers in a bright, calming space designed for luxury and personalised Pilates.
Enjoy air conditioning, a changing room, toilet, free parking - all right beside Aldi.
Kildare Town
This stunning location boasts two studios: our main studio with 10 Reformers, and Studio 2 downstairs with 5 Reformers. Alongside our signature classes, Studio 2 also hosts Mat Pilates and Reformer Slow Burn - perfect for building strength and control.

Blessington
A beautiful, light-filled loft-style studio above St Vincent de Paul, with plenty of parking in Aldi across the road.

Our beautifully designed studio sits on Main Street between Streetside and Tesco.

Our brand-new Reformer Pilates studio is bringing fresh energy to the heart of Bray.
Located just off the Southern Cross Road with free parking, it features 12 Reformers and a team of expert instructors ready to guide you through every move.

Monthly Membership
Monthly Memberships offer a discounted rate for a set number of classes. Can be used at any studio at any time. These cannot be rolled over to the next month. Unlimited Membership allows clients to book months in advance.
